All final briefing notes, decks, letters, memos, and other discussion papers prepared to support the creation, implementation, and operation of the Rapid Housing Initiative, including documentation received from Employment and Social Development Canada, as well as from the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, the City of Toronto, and any other external submissions - excluding cabinet confidences - from January 2020 to Nov.10, 2020. As well as a listing of every municipality, including any of their partnering organizations (non-profit or otherwise) that were allocated funding under the Major Cities Stream of the Rapid Housing Initiative and which have provided an investment plan; as well as copies of those investment plans.
