  1. Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation - City of Toronto bi-lateral agreement(s) governing the Rapid Housing Initiative (RHI), including: - Any term sheets, transfer payment agreements with the City of Toronto, program guidelines, or any document outlining reporting or procurement requirements relating to RHI; ( see 2021 Budget, pg. 194); - Any list of potential modular housing projects to be procured under the CMHC Rapid Housing Initiative in Ontario. 2. CMHC Affordable Housing Innovation Fund – bi-lateral agreements with the City of Toronto, and any term sheets. - Application, Funding and Financing Details regarding modular housing projects approved by CMHC with the City of Toronto through the CMHC Affordable Housing Innovation Fund over the last three years. - Any transfer payment agreements between CMHC and City of Toronto regarding any modular housing over the last 3 years. - Any list of potential modular housing projects to be funded under the CMHC Affordable Housing Innovation Fund submitted by the City of Toronto over the last 3 years. - Program guidelines for the CMHC Affordable Housing Innovation Fund; 3. Housing Investment Corporation (HIC) - governance instrument/relationship/MOU with the CMHC, any policy/guidelines, memorandum of understanding or funding/transfer payment agreement with CMHC and HIC.draft if final version is not available.
