Regarding the $1.4 billion loan under the Rental Construction Financing Initiative for the Senakw project in Vancouver, as announced by the Prime Minister on Sept. 6, 2022, I seek a copy of the application, the report assessing and approving the application, briefing note, and the agreement between CMHC and the developer (Westbank, OP Trust and/or Nch'kay Corp.).
