Please provide all records, files, and documents, including electronic correspondence and data, between CMHC and Other Government Departments regarding the implementation of changes to the Rental Construction Financing initiative (RCFi), as outlined in the 2022 federal budget. Those changes include new criteria for affordability and energy efficiency, along with converting a portion of loans to being non-repayable.
