I am seeking the following information with regard to the BlackNorth Homeownership Bridge Program:

• The scoring and evaluation rubrics or “criteria” used to allocate funding for the initiative.

• A list of all allocated funding to date since the inception of the program, including:

• the grants issued;
• how the funds were spent;
• the name of the entity or individual who received funding;
• the location of the project(s) and;
• the number and type of units purchased.
