Regarding the relationship between CMHC and the Sherbrooke NPO for housing called “Cite des retraite de l’Estrie” or “Faubourg Mena’Sen”, starting in 2014, all information and documents relating more specifically to the repayment of loans guaranteed by CMHC, the Subsidy Surplus Fund, the relationship between the last five (5) directors and CMHC, as well as the exchanges between CMHC and/or the five (5) directors and, the Quebec Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing and/or the Quebec Minister of Finance and/or their respective representatives in the spring of 2022 in relation to Bill 37.
