Please accept this as a formal request for access to a copy of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that was executed by the Mayor of Oakville, Ontario being Rob Burton. The NDA would have been signed by Mayor Burton to allow him to negotiate with the Federal Government as it pertains to the Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) program launched in spring 2023 by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).
