In the file of the Cité des Retraités de l’Estrie, all information and documents exchanged between CMHC and the Cité des Retraités de l’Estrie regarding the end of the Operating Agreement, including:
1. Prior notice of the end of the Agreement;
2. The audited financial statements and follow-ups for the fiscal year in which the Agreement ended;
3. Validation of information and follow-ups related to amounts due or receivable;
4. Processing and follow-up of surplus subsidy funds; and
5. Confirmation of file closure."
