The Canada Greener Homes Loan offers interest-free financing to help Canadians make their homes more energy efficient and comfortable.

There was originally $4.4b of funding allocated and an additional $600m funding announced the Fall Economic Statement ("FES") in Dec 2024. 1. Please provide an update on:

(i) the total commitments (net) made to date,
(ii) The Remaining Capital,
(iii) The quantity of Loans (net) committed to date,
(iv) the average loans/month approved over the last three months,
(v) the most recent forward looking loans/month estimate (if available).

We have not had an update on the usage rate of this program since June 17th and the data provided at that time indicated the program could run out of funding prior to the end of 2025. Understanding the remaining duration is critical for the stability of energy retrofit companies and the general public.
