Records of MLI select update for new construction and renovations/repairs in the Halifax CMA from January 2022 to 2025 YTD.
Please provide data in CSV file format. Dataset should include the following:
-indication of whether the project is a new construction project or a renovation/repair project
-project location at the City level
-number of total units in project (generalized by unit grouping)
-Affordability level of project
-whether the project also received MLI Select points for accessibility, energy efficiency, or both
