Hello, I am writing to inquire about the availability of mortgage maturity dates for CMHC-insured multi-unit properties. I have two specific requests regarding this data:

Property-Specific Data: While I understand that proprietary financial details regarding third-party providers are confidential, are you able to disclose the mortgage maturity data (i.e. LTV %, maturity date, DSCR, etc.) for the development at 245-265 Rideau St

Aggregate Data: If property-specific disclosure is restricted, are you able to provide a city-level database or report identifying properties with mortgages maturing within a specific timeframe (e.g., by month, quarter, or fiscal year)?
