To Whom It May Concern, Pursuant to the Access to Information Act, I am requesting records sufficient to show the total number of rental dwelling units financed or otherwise supported by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation for new multi-unit residential construction.

Specifically, I am requesting aggregate counts of rental dwelling units, by year (2021 to present [Jan. 6, 2026]), for projects located within the community of Bowness in the City of Calgary, with a breakdown by CMHC program type, including but not limited to:
MLI Select,
Rental Construction Financing Initiative (RCFI),
Affordable Housing Fund,
Rapid Housing Initiative,
National Housing Co-Investment Fund,
Legacy or predecessor CMHC rental construction loan programs,
CMHC direct lending or insured mortgage products related to new rental housing.

I am not requesting project-level information, addresses, borrower identities, loan values, or financial terms. If necessary to protect third-party or confidential information, I request that any such information be excluded or severed while releasing aggregate unit counts. Thank you for your assistance
