Completed Access to Information Requests

Under the Access to Information Act, I am requesting access to all records held by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and/or the Agency for Co-operative Housing relating to Eamon Park Housing Co-operative Inc., located at 94 David Lewis Drive, Concord, Ontario. Specifically, I request copies of the following documents for the period January 1, 2015 to the present (December 31, 2025): Operating agreements and amendments between CMHC/Agency and Eamon Park. Annual compliance reports, audits, financial assessments, and risk ratings prepared by or submitted to CMHC/Agency. Records of subsidy allocations, rent supplement funding, or arrears involving Eamon Park. Inspection reports, monitoring reports, or reviews conducted by CMHC/Agency. Correspondence (letters, memos, or emails) between CMHC/Agency staff and Eamon Park’s board of directors or management. Records relating to any complaints, investigations, or enforcement actions involving Eamon Park.
