Completed Access to Information Requests

Pursuant to the Access to Information Act, we request access to records relating to compliance of an application pursuant to the Affordable Housing Fund to build affordable housing units at 3100 Weston Road M9M 2S7 in the City of Toronto.
Time period covered: August 1, 2023 to present.
1. Please confirm whether an Affordable Housing Fund application was submitted in respect of 3100 Weston Road, Toronto M9M 2S7. If submitted, please provide a copy of the application.
2. Please provide CMHC’s assessment, evaluation report or decision memorandum relating to the application.
3. Please confirm whether CMHC determined that all eligibility criteria were satisfied, including zoning readiness, construction readiness and development capacity requirements.
4. If discretionary exceptions or conditional approvals were granted, please provide the documentation authorizing such discretion.
5. Please provide the names and titles of any non-CMHC officials who formally supported or endorsed the application.
