All records from January 1, 2020 to present relating to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation’s involvement in or consultation on the Alto High-Speed Rail project (also known as the High Frequency Rail project or VIA HFR – VIA TGF Inc.), including: (a) any correspondence, briefing notes, or memoranda between CMHC and Transport Canada, Alto, or the Privy Council Office regarding impacts on residential property values, housing displacement, or planning blight along the proposed corridor; (b) any assessments or analyses produced by CMHC regarding housing impacts on rural or small-community residents along the corridor, distinct from transit-oriented development planning near station areas.
