Hello, I would like to access agreements concluded in the course of the National Housing Strategy pertaining to the Rapid Housing Initative (RHI) and Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF):
First, the Agreements concluded between the City of Toronto and the CMHC regarding phase 2 and 3 of the Rapid Housing Initiative (RHI) for both the project and city streams:

(ii) The agreements for phase 3 pertaining to the $169.4M$ granted by the CMHC to the City of Toronto in 2023 for 9 projects, as appears in documentation from the City of Toronto, as well as the funding given under the City stream. Second, the Agreements concluded between the City of Ottawa and the CMHC regarding phase 1, 2 and 3 of the RHI:
