- A list of all awarded Combined Urban Services (CUS) contracts in the province of Ontario, between January 1, 2020, and June 1, 2025, including:
• Contractor or company name
• Contract start and end dates
• Area/route served (city, postal codes, and region)
• Total contract value and rate/fee structure
• Number of bids submitted
- For each contract during this period, the breakdown of volume and rates by service category, specifically:
• Bar-coded signature items - excluding cost on delivery (COD)
• Bar-coded non-signature items
• All funds exchanged / COD / customs
• All non-bar-coded Items
• Regular delivery agent relay box delivery
• Late delivery agent relay bag delivery
• Authorized directs
• Authorized consolidations
• Street letter box clearance (single box sites)
• Street letter box clearance (multiple box sites)
• Retail postal outlet – depot transfer
• Retail postal outlet – clearance
• Authorized customer pick-up – large volume mailer (LVM) (1 to 50 items)
• Authorized customer pick-up – large volume mailer (LVM) (greater than 50 items)
For each service category above, provide:
• Volume handled (monthly or annually)
• Rate or fee paid to contractor
• Any applicable surcharges or adjustments if available
