Government correspondences (all communications between Canada Post and Public Services and Procurement Canada, Global Affairs Canada, Transport Canada, the Privy Council Office, or any other government body regarding postal deliveries to Israel). International Postal Communications (all correspondence with Israel Post, the Universal Postal Union, and other foreign postal authorities concerning mail services to Israel). Customer complaints (all records of customer complaints, service disruptions, and internal reports relating to failed deliveries to Israel since October 7, 2023).
