1) Records indicating the actual and/or estimated number of letters lost per year;
2) Any breakdowns or analyses comparing the rate of loss by type of letter mail service, including ordinary letter mail, registered letter mail, and other tracked or untracked letter mail services;
3) Any internal reports, memos, studies, or analyses prepared by or for Canada Post that discuss the causes of letter mail loss, and contributing factors within the same ten-year period;
4) Internal reports or analyses prepared by or for Canada Post that discusses service disruptions resulting in lost letter mail during the COVID-19 pandemic.
