Completed Access to Information Requests

Requesting copies of all current and historical operational manuals, policy bulletins, internal procedures, and related guidance documents used by the National Job Bank (administered by ESDC/Service Canada) that govern the process for: 1) Receiving, reviewing, and investigating complaints or reports from members of the public alleging that an employer with active job postings on the National Job Bank is unwilling to hire Canadians. 2) Determining whether such complaints are substantiated what actions or sanctions may result 3) Communicating with employers or complainants during or following the investigation process. This request includes but is not limited to. 1) Any internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), policy manuals, or workflow charts 2) Training materials or guidance provided to Job Bank staff regarding complaint handling 3) Any bulletins or directives issued to Job Bank staff or regional offices regarding the management or disposition of public complaints about employers. If any of the above records are partially exempt from disclosure, I request that non-exempt portions be released in accordance with section 25 of the Access to Information Act
