deliberations, any other correspondence) related to the applications made by the Ukrainian Canadian Civil
Liberties Foundation for grants from the Community War Memorial Program and the Commemorative
Partnership Program of Veterans Affairs in support of UCCLF's "Heroes of their Day" project, specifically
documents detailing the bases upon which internal and external review committees decided not to extend any
support for this project.
