Provide the annual amount expensed to the government by the cabinet minister on executive vehicle (mentioned here: https://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=12064) and driver expenses. Include the name of the minister, the amount spent on vehicle expenses (gas, etc.) and the amount spent on driver's salary, if applicable. Please also include the brand name and model of the executive vehicle for each year. Please include information for the years 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
