Benefits:

ATI professionals and other public servants can access current and relevant ATI training to support their work and better understand their role and obligations with respect to ATI.

All public servants are better able to support Canadians’ right of access.

Results:

From October 2022 to March 2024, the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat worked with the Canada School of Public Service to update the following Access to Information courses offered to public servants: Access to Information and Privacy Fundamentals (COR502), Access to Information in the Government of Canada (COR503), and Privacy in the Government of Canada (COR504).
