Results:

In March 2025, the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat issued a message to institutions on incorporating access to information and privacy services in Business Continuity Plans, and highlighted that doing so could minimize potential disruptions, protect Canadians’ right to access information, and enable employees to provide the best service possible under the circumstances.
