As of version 5.1.1, released on March 27, 2024, federal institutions have been able to request the addition of custom non-mandatory questions as well as custom instructions to the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s Access to Information and Personal Information Online Request Service.
This enhancement guides requesters to provide detailed and precise information to help government institutions more efficiently retrieve the desired information.
