In December 2024, the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat delivered a Deep Dive training session through the Access to Information and Privacy Communities Development Office on access to information, information management, and the duty to document. The presentation highlighted the important relationship between access to information and information management, the value of effective recordkeeping in documenting decisions, and shared best practices and resources for employees. 206 ATI professionals and public servants attended, and the session recording was posted to the ATIP Professionals GCcollab group.
