This TA is for the provision of work related to the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Digital Platform Modernization (DPM) Phase 3 (Projects 1) Client Experience Platform (CXP). In accordance with the Working Agreement described in this TA, Accenture Inc. (hereinafter the "CXP SI") must implement the scope of work defined by the Project 1 (P1) Discovery phases in CXP TA007. CXP R4 will be the fourth major release that includes P1 scope. The P1 functionality will enable individual clients and representatives to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) and Permanent Resident (PR-EE) applications for Express Entry programs – Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), Federal Skilled Trades (FST). It will also enhance clients’ ability to manage their accounts including ability for clients to delegate access in whole or in part.
