The IPS will host IRCC’s intranet and support the dissemination of Internal Communications news and events and enable employee engagement. The scope of work includes the acquisition, configuration, implementation, testing, and technical support of a system that provides IRCC with the elements and general functionalities stated under Requirements, as a minimum. The scope of work also includes developing and delivering a change communications strategy for rolling out the Solution and training administrators and users on the new Solution.
