This TA is for the provision of professional services to the DPM3 CXP Portfolio as described in Contract for a System Integrator for a Client Experience Platform (CXP) for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, Annex A – CXP SI Statement of Work Section 2, SI Contractor Services. The approval for this work will be obtained via DPM3 Change Request: CR-DPM3-T1-P1-018 and a detailed description of the scope can be found in the "Scope" section of Appendix A to this TA (CXP TA 012). At a high-level, the scope encompasses: • Enable the system to provide a Pre-assessment of whether the photo meets the photo checker requirement. This was only implemented for Passport (PPT); this check is being expanded for the Officer Request build. • Modify photo checker note logic to: o Include reason for non-compliance in GCMS payload when the photo is deemed non complaint; and, o No photo checker note to be sent to GCMS when photo is complaint. • Deactivate the withdrawal feature that is currently available in the passport application process and ensure that users can no longer attempt or complete a withdrawal of their application. • Simplified Renewal Workload Management: Implementing an on-off switch to redirect the passport application volume to Passport Offices to distribute and manage passport processing workload as required for the PPT App transition to ESDC. This work is split between the CXP and Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP). The toggle switch is being implemented in CXP and the Business rules for redirection are being done in HIP.
