Contract Description: In support of the Going Digital –MepGen Program, DFATD requires professional services of a team made up of four (4) resources, as identified above, to carry out and deliver technical services. The current Consular Management Operating System (ORBIS) is a mission-critical application used by Headquarters (HQ) and Missions abroad to support a majority of the Program’s daily operations. It has been upgraded and improved to leverage the capabilities and robustness of GCCase. The MepGen legacy system needs to also be migrated to this new technology to ensure business continuity and much needed improvements by providing access to a more scalable and robust platform that also offers a more agile approach to development.
