This contract is related to the implementation of the new request for reconsideration (for Employment Insurance) and appeal process (Social Security Tribunal) for the Employment Insurance, Canada Pension and Old Age Security programs. The purpose of this contract is to provide input and support to various project workstreams to ensure the inter-relation between project results in the Social Security Tribunal and the Department. The contractor will facilitate meetings and workshops to engage stakeholders and understand business requirements, develop and update process flow mapping and report on project development, risk mitigation and dashboard reporting. This is a task authorization of a master contract.
