BC Official Languages Court Case. The objective of this project is to provide ESDC with a written narrative with supporting documents for the preparation of federal affidavits for an upcoming court case regarding the delivery of employment services in BC in both Official Languages. The consultant is based out of BC and this project involves several hundred hours of research, writing and interviews, mainly within the BC region. Much of the information required is over 10 years old and difficult to find or reconstruct. In order to ensure that Legal counsel receives the most accurate and complete information possible, a former public servant (retired in August 2012) with strong corporate knowledge of the activities and decisions made during the period in question was contracted.
