Graphic design. Cinnamon Toast will develop adaptive graphic design for the online data visualization application and online web content planned for pay transparency. In addition, up-front web content will be developed to inform users about why examining pay gaps is important, present annual pay gap figures in a visually engaging way, and guide users to the data visualization tool where they can access individual employer data and conduct their own analysis based on the pay gap data elements that are available. To avoid introducing project delays, a sole source contract provided the most efficient means of securing the necessary services (web design, database architecture, user experience, marketing) in order to meet timelines required to build the necessary IT artifacts within the narrowest of windows (target to complete the IT artifacts is November 2021)
