Service Canada Service Delivery Network (SDN) Operational Evolution – Workforce Management, Training and Feedback. 1. To develop an integrated workforce management (IWFM) and omnichannel resource determination model (RDM) guidance framework that provides specifics about required actions and process flows with emphasis on forecasting, capacity planning, and resource costing. The Contractor’s work will support the Integrated Workload/Workforce Management Branch (IWWMB) in making incremental improvements to staffing requirements and resource allocation across the operational network, as well as providing tools which Employment and Social Development Canada can use in the rollout of the Employment Insurrance on Benifits Delivery Modernisation project. 2. To develop a national omnichannel Post-Training Monitoring (PTM) framework for service officers that provides consistent program-agnostic post-training requirements with emphasis on coaching, feedback and quality assessment approaches and expectations to measure newly, effectively, and consistently acquired skills. The Contractor’s work will benefit operations, with the framework’s ultimate implementation expected to standardize and expedite onboarding times and demonstration of job readiness, gradually increasing service quality as well as the capacity to handle workload and achieve service-level expectations. 3.
