Employment Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Analyst Level 3 to assist in transforming the way ESDC delivers benefits to Canadians. To achieve this objective, the department has established the Data Foundations Programme to deliver enterprise data infrastructure projects such as the Enterprise Data Lake, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Enterprise Data Catalogue, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning enabled labs, and Master Data Management (MDM). For the implementation of the above-mentioned projects, the Chief Data Officer Branch (CDOB) needs to: Provide strategy guidance for data in the department; Provide capability to enable “tell-us-once” concept; Provide ability to integrate data from multiple sources; Provide ability for co-existence between legacy and cloud systems; Provide ability to successfully complete data migration between systems.
