The training capsules will support delivery to all agents and supervisors across the fourteen (14) contact centres being migrated. The acquisition provides Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) with the right to host, reproduce, and distribute the training capsules for Employment and Social Development Canada, including employees and contractors working across the fourteen contact centers, through Employment and Social Development Canada's Learning Management System (LMS) and/or alternative repositories or platforms, as required to ensure broad accessibility across all participating contact centres.
