Management Consulting Services The Health Products and Food Branch (HPFB) aims to better inform Canadians to help them make healthy choices by modernizing services used by the public and optimizing business efficiency. By investing in business process consulting and architects, HPFB will be able to document processes, policies, and procedures effectively and efficiently to help Health Canada in achieving its goals and objectives. Leading business transformations and ensuring critical deliverables, such as business capability models and business capabilities will be developed to support HPFB initiatives and projects. As such, Health Canada has a requirement for up to five (5) TSPS Level 2 Business Process Consultants and up to two (2) TSPS Level 2 Business Architects to offer services across the HPFB on an as and when required basis for a three-year period.
