For a contract with task authorizations, the realized amount of the contract is contingent on the number of task authorizations issued and may be less than the amount proactively disclosed, dependent on the operational requirements of the department. Services of one Application/Software Architect at TBIPS Level 3, on an as and when required basis. The Contractor will provide guidance, assistance and support to JUS data scientists, data analysts and departmental users to gain insights and to advance predictive analytics, big data and AI-enabled solutions. The Contractor will recommend enhancements to the current Business Architecture (BA) framework or propose a new BA architecture to align with emerging data and system models. Subsequently, the Contractor will execute the development and implementation of these recommendations. In consultation with the JUS Project Lead, the Contractor will develop the deliverables and establish the project plan based on the business requirements.
