OSFI has a requirement for the provisions of services of two (2) Telecommunication System Specialists to support its videoconferencing and audio-visual (VC/AV) environment. One Specialist will be located in Ottawa and the other in Toronto, both working to support Polycom systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and integrated VC/AV solutions utilizing Crestron, Extron, and other OEM equipment. The Specialists will provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot issues, assist with videoconference setup, liaise with external service providers, and support the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of VC/AV infrastructure. This contract supports OSFI’s operational needs by ensuring reliable, modern collaboration technologies and contributes to workplace modernization initiatives.
