• The CSPS has also continued to offer its 1-day workshop on GBA+: Applying Your Knowledge (T731). Three offerings were delivered in the National Capital Region between September 2019 and December 2019 to a total of 55 participants. There are seven course offerings scheduled across Canada in February and March of 2020. • CSPS formally launched its CSPS Premium: GBA+ course in May 2019 following a successful pilot phase. This Premium offering has been delivered nine times since the official launch and will be delivered on a monthly basis for the rest of the 2019/2020 fiscal year, and starting again in May 2020 onwards.

- the term "open and inclusive dialogue" may mean different things to different individuals. As such, it has been challenging to develop a "one-size-fits-all" approach when it comes to capacity-building activities.
