Contained within the 3rd Edition (1957) of the Atlas of Canada is a plate that shows 20 condensed maps with ranges of important inland fish of commercial value found within Canada. The ranges, for the most part, indicate present and usual distribution. Rare or occasional occurrences have not been shown. As there is still much to be learned about the fish species in some parts of Canada, some range limits are hypothetical.
The Financial Information Return (FIR) is the main data collection tool used by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing to collect financial and statistical information on municipalities. Section 294(1) of the Municipal Act requires that each municipality will annually report on its financial affairs, accounts and transactions in the form of the Financial Information Return. FIR data has been collected and stored since 1977. Data is available in a variety of formats from 1977 through to the current reporting year.

An archive of 2D regional seismic and long period magnetotelluric data collected during 20 years of work under the LITHOPROBE project. Data are primarily onshore and cover widespread regions of Canada.
