This data shows spatial density of annual crops cultivation in Canada. Regions with higher calculated spatial densities represent agricultural regions of Canada in which annual crops are more expected. Results are provided as rasters with numerical values for each pixel indicating the spatial density calculated for that location. Higher spatial density values represent higher likelihood to have annual crops based on analysis of the 2009 to 2020 AAFC annual crop inventory data.
This data provides the integrated cadastral framework for the specified Canada Land. The cadastral framework consists of active and superseded cadastral parcel, roads, easements, administrative areas, active lines, points and annotations. The cadastral lines form the boundaries of the parcels. COGO attributes are associated to the lines and depict the adjusted framework of the cadastral fabric.
This airborne or shipborne geophysical survey recorded the following parameters: Total Field Magnetic, Radiometric, Very Low Frequency. The flight line spacing is 1000 m. The survey was flown between 1993-07-16 and 1993-08-25. The data were Digitally acquired. Platform: Fixed-wing.
An archive of 2D regional seismic and long period magnetotelluric data collected during 20 years of work under the LITHOPROBE project. Data are primarily onshore and cover widespread regions of Canada. Available data types include raw digital data, processed sections, and images of final sections, as well as auxiliary information required for analysis of the data.
This airborne or shipborne geophysical survey recorded the following parameters: Total Field Magnetic. The flight line spacing is 4000 m for a total of 24000 kilometres. The survey was flown between 1989-01-01 and 1991-12-31. The data were Digitally acquired.
This infographic describes results on volunteering from the 2013 General Social Survey (GSS) on Giving, Volunteering and Participating. The survey was undertaken to better understand how Canadians support individuals and communities on their own or through their involvement with charitable and non-profit organizations.
Operability for the Boundary TSA and TFL 8 (topr_bd)
This dataset displays the geographic areas within which critical habitat for species at risk listed on Schedule 1 of the federal Species at Risk Act (SARA) occurs in British Columbia. However, not all of the area within these boundaries is necessarily critical habitat. To precisely define what constitutes critical habitat for a particular species it is essential that this geo-spatial information be considered in conjunction with complementary information provided in a species’ recovery document. Recovery documents are available from the Species at Risk (SAR) Public Registry (http://www.sararegistry.gc.ca).
