Contained within the 4th Edition (1974) of the Atlas of Canada is a set of three maps. The main map shows the location and extent of census divisions and subdivisions as of 1961. The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) uses the Canadian Chronic Disease Surveillance System (CCDSS) to conduct national surveillance of 20 chronic conditions, including diagnosed dementia ("all types of dementia" when not specifically mentioned) and diagnosed ischemic heart disease (IHD). This publication provides the first estimates on dementia and IHD comorbidity among Canadians aged 65 years and older using data from the CCDSS. With the aging of the population, comorbidity is an area of growing interest that is being explored to better inform chronic disease policies and programs.

The cadastral framework consists of active and superseded cadastral parcel, roads, easements, administrative areas, active lines, points and annotations. The cadastral lines form the boundaries of the parcels. COGO attributes are associated to the lines and depict the adjusted framework of the cadastral fabric.
