In order to report on its performance against the Protect pillar, the CRTC requires reliable trend data on the "Percentage of Canadians who consider that the CRTC is taking measures to enhance their safety and protection in the communication system" (the performance indicator). The initial survey took place in 2015. The questions posed in 2015 were replicated in this latest survey using the same methodology in order to be able to measure changes in public opinion over time. Two additional new survey questions were also posed.

The Geological Atlas of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin was designed primarily as a reference volume documenting the subsurface geology of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin. This GIS dataset is one of a collection of shapefiles representing part of Chapter 13 of the Atlas, Devonian Wabamun Group of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, Figure 4d, Wabamun Lithology Anhydrite. Shapefiles were produced from archived digital files created by the Alberta Geological Survey in the mid-1990s, and edited in 2005-06 to correct, attribute and consolidate the data into single files by feature type and by figure.

Alberta Geological Survey created a coal and coalbed methane (CBM) database to capture and manage CBM data. The database compiles different sources and contains information on 7923 wells (15,200 formation picks, 37,357 coal picks, 495 coal analyses and 363 vitrinite reflectance measurements). From this parent dataset, individual coal zones were evaluated. This record describes the Drumheller Coal Zone's vitrinite reflectance.
