It is industry’s responsibility to ensure that they are selling consumer products and cosmetics that are compliant with the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and its regulations, and the Cosmetic Regulations under the Food and Drugs Act. When non-compliance is identified, action is taken to protect Canadians which may include removing the product from the market through a voluntary recall. The recall process generally includes the cessation of all manufacturing, importing, distributing, advertising and selling of the affected products, as well as communicating to consumers the actions they should take to prevent exposure to the danger posed by the affected product(s). When a recall is initiated, Health Canada’s Consumer Product Safety Program publishes the information related to the recall on the Healthy Canadians website to assist in the distribution of the recall messaging to all Canadians (https://healthycanadians.gc.ca/recall-alert-rappel-avis/index-eng.php?cat=4).
This cartographic quality series of printable 1:2 000 000 scale colour maps cover the provincial extent of Alberta. The 1:2 000 000 scale maps are a generalized small scale version of the 1:1 000 000 scale map. The primary provincial base map displays the Alberta Township System (ATS), major hydrographic features, municipalities, major roads, and select geo-administrative features (parks, reserves, etc.). In addition to the primary provincial base map, this series includes various themes that overlay the primary base map.
This dataset contains species counts that have been collected using an array of 30 remote wildlife cameras. The purpose of the study is to monitor grizzly populations. The wildlife cameras are therefore placed strategically in Grizzly habitat within and adjacent to the Firth River Corridor in Ivvavik National Park. The wildlife cameras capture a photo when an animal enters its’ zone of detection and saves the photo along with time and day.
All available bathymetry and related information for Lac Saint Cyr were collected and hard copy maps digitized where necessary. The data were validated against more recent data (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission 'SRTM' imagery and Indian Remote Sensing 'IRS' imagery) and corrected where necessary. The published data set contains the lake bathymetry formatted as an Arc ascii grid. Bathymetric contours and the boundary polygon are available as shapefiles.
This data provides the integrated cadastral framework for the specified Canada Land. The cadastral framework consists of active and superseded cadastral parcel, roads, easements, administrative areas, active lines, points and annotations. The cadastral lines form the boundaries of the parcels. COGO attributes are associated to the lines and depict the adjusted framework of the cadastral fabric.

The Wastewater Systems Effluent Regulations (WSER), developed under the Fisheries Act, came into force in 2012 to manage wastewater releases by systems that collect an average daily influent volume of 100 cubic metres or more. The WSER also does not apply to any wastewater system located in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and north of the 54th parallel in the provinces of Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador. The WSER set national baseline effluent quality standards that are achievable through secondary wastewater treatment. Under the WSER, owners or operators of wastewater systems discharging annual average daily effluent volumes greater than 2,500 m3 are required to determine and report on the acute lethality of the effluent.
