This dataset contains the estimated percentage of customers who waited less than 20 minutes at publicly and privately operated ServiceOntario centres, reported by month. Low volume centres and those that did not collect or report samples are excluded.
This dataset shows the calls received by the consumer contact centre by date, type of inquiry (call code), self-reported postal code and constituency.
Historical estimated border wait times (commercial and travellers flow) for Canada Border Services Agency land border crossings.

The adoption homestudies data shows the number of homestudies completed during the fiscal year inclusive of those withdrawn, rejected and approved, conducted by a children's aid society on adoptive applicants. ## Waitlist Reduction Initiative In 2011, the government implemented a three-year strategy to reduce waitlists for adoption homestudies. This homestudy waiting list dataset covers all three years of this strategy. Data shows: * number of families waiting to complete a homestudy * number of homestudies projected to be completed (based on the waitlist reported to the Ministry of Child and Youth Services) * number of homestudies completed with funding from the initiative Data only covers the studies completed with funding under the Structured Analysis Family Evaluation Waitlist Reduction Initiative.
The Wait Time Tool is the Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) online tool that indicates the current average wait time for receiving a decision on program applications. This tool calculates the average wait time, in weeks, based on how long it took to process all complete applications in the past 90 days. The data is updated weekly. Since 2004, when Canada’s first ministers agreed to work to reduce wait times, provincial governments have worked with CIHI to improve public wait time reporting for eight priority procedures:
Hip fracture repair
Coronary artery bypass graft (CABG)
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
Computed tomography (CT) scan
Breast cancer surgery, colorectal surgery, lung cancer surgery prostate cancer surgery, bladder cancer surgery(since 2013)
Wait time data provides a snapshot of how long patients wait for a priority procedure. It also shows the proportion of patients who receive care within the benchmark time frame.

Number and percentage of persons who had selected diagnostic tests, based on distribution of waiting times.
Number and percentage of persons who had non-emergency surgeries, based on distribution of waiting times.
