The data set exposes information related to the performance of the 311 service. The report details Réseau 311's quarterly activities, including: - Call volume processing - Email processing - Online requests - Performance of service provided by telephone and email to clients The report details the various citizen requests, i.e. information, queries and complaints. It also allows you to know the most common topics. It thus improves the information available under the [citizen queries] dataset (https://donnees.montreal.ca/ville-de-montreal/requete-311). Guided by the principles of accessibility and effectiveness of services to citizens, the 311 Network has set standards for its telephone service and the handling of emails. It undertakes to publish quarterly and annually the results of its performance and to report on their evolution in this portal. The 311 Service Centre (CS 311) takes this opportunity to: - inform citizens about the performance of Réseau 311, the 311 Service Centre and non-consolidated boroughs; - highlight the highlights (improvements, vigilance points, elements of context) of each period covered by the report; - ensure that it can follow the change in performance quarterly and annually; - optimize the dissemination of information and data internally (within the city).
