The Canada.ca theme and topic tree is a controlled vocabulary and information architecture scheme designed to provide access to the top tasks, government wide through Canada.ca.

This dataset provides statistics on download counts, visitors, as well as the increase of participation of Government of Canada departments and agencies in supplying more open datasets. All statistics presented, unless otherwise noted, are as of June 18, 2013 to the end of the previous month.

A dataset detailing the colleague connections within the Government of Canada’s social networking platform, GCconnex. The data has been anonymized, where each user on GCconnex is denoted by a random number. The dataset contains every user on GCconnex who has added a ‘colleague’ on the network, (colleague is synonymous with adding a friend on Facebook). When two users on GCconnex add each other as a colleague, a link is drawn between them, demonstrating their connection.
