As part of its efforts to modernize how the federal government manages its information technology infrastructure, Shared Services Canada (SSC) initiated a comprehensive Government of Canada-wide business transformation hinging on six core infrastructure programs. These programs entail greater complexity and magnitude than typical programs, and as such, they were identified and recommended to be reviewed as a suite of system under development (SUD) audits by SSC’s Departmental Audit Committee. To support SSC in managing this complex transformation, the Office of Audit and Evaluation conducted quarterly SUD audit programs of SSC’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure programs in 2016-17 and 2017-18. This report provides a summary of three of the four 2017-18 SUD audits on the topics of project management; activities vs projects, data centre consolidation; data centre closures, cyber and IT security; IT security requirements in procurements.
Each January and July, SSC’s partners fill out a long-form questionnaire on trends in service delivery performance and engagement practices.

This indicator is to ensure that 95% (average) of active Federal Accommodation and Infrastructure Program, Parliament Hill and Surroundings, and other government department projects > $1M are on time, on budget, and on scope (based on latest approved authorities). Projects >$1M in the Parliament Hill and Surroundings, have a target of 90% with quarterly data collection when measured separately. For the purposes of departmental-level reporting, the Parliament Hill and Surroundings projects are included in this indicator with the 95% target as they represent a very small percentage of overall projects.
This booklet has two purposes. First, it's meant to help children learn some basic facts about family law and give them an idea of the processes that parents may go through when they separate. Second, it's meant to help children realize that it's normal for them to have an emotional response to the divorce of their parents. The booklet encourages children to think about talking to someone they trust — like parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts or family friends, neighbours or someone from their community, such as their school, church, synagogue or mosque.
