Found 10 records similar to Canadian Register of Small Commercial Vessels
The Canadian Register of Vessels contains information on Vessels registered in Canada. Registration is a title system for ownership of vessels. It is similar in nature to title systems used for land registry. Registration allows for name approval, mortgage registration and proof of ownership.
The Wrecked, Abandoned or Hazardous Vessels Act (WAHVA) Public Record fulfills obligations set out under section 107 of the Act, which requires the Minister of Transport to maintain and disclose a public record of all notices of violation and notices of default issued under the Act. The Public Record publishes the nature of the violation committed under the WAHVA, the name of the person or vessel that committed it, and the corresponding penalty amount. The record is online as of August 1st, 2019 and includes data only when violations are found under the WAHVA.
Polygons denoting concentrations of sea pens, small and large gorgonian corals and sponges on the east coast of Canada have been identified through spatial analysis of research vessel survey by-catch data following an approach used by the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization (NAFO) in the Regulatory Area (NRA) on Flemish Cap and southeast Grand Banks. Kernel density analysis was used to identify high concentrations and the area occupied by successive catch weight thresholds was used to identify aggregations. These analyses wereperformed for each of the five biogeographic zones of eastern Canada. The largest sea pen fields were found in the Laurentian Channel as it cuts through the Gulf of St. Lawrence, while large gorgonian coral forests were found in the Eastern Arctic and on the northern Labrador continental slope.

Small area data (SAD) on field crops show seeded and harvested area, yield and production estimates for most principal field crops and some special crops in Canada. Most SAD geographies correspond exactly with the Census Agriculture Region (CAR) limits, excepts for some regions of Quebec (where small areas are defined by provincial administrative boundaries), Saskatchewan (where small areas coincide with census divisions boundaries as of 2017) and British Columbia.
For exact correspondence between Census Agricultural Regions (CAR) and Small Area Data (SAD) Regions, see the following link:

Tow, catch, length frequency, and biological information for fish caught during the annual September research vessel trawl surveys in the southern Gulf of St. Lawrence (NAFO Division 4T). Abundance indices and spatial distribution patterns of commercial and non-commercial groundfish.
This document provides Canadians with an annual summary of selected maritime safety data. It covers commercial vessels, which include all vessels registered or licensed to operate commercially. Pleasure craft occurrences are not normally included unless they also involve a commercial vessel. The TSB gathers and uses this data during the course of our investigations to analyze safety deficiencies and identify risks in the Canadian transportation system.

This dataset covers the status of the commercial lobster (Homarus americanus) fishery. Commercial lobster fishing activities within the administrative boundaries of Forillon National Park inevitably have impacts on this invertebrate population. Through annual stock status monitoring, it is possible to study the impacts of the fishery and changes in the lobster population in the coastal waters of the park. Data are gathered by means of at-sea sampling, whereby a monitoring team boards lobster vessels to collect data at sea during three periods of the fishing season.
